As a family, we understand firsthand the seriousness of gluten, dairy, and shellfish allergies. Dining out was often a challenge for our children and for us as a family. Because of this, we have made the decision to operate as a 100% gluten-free and shellfish-free facility.

Please note that dairy products are present in our kitchen. Our grill and fryer are free of dairy; however, dairy is used at our prep station. If you have any concerns or questions, please let us know — we are always happy to help.

Peanuts,tree nuts, corn,soy, dairy and eggs are present in our kitchen.

We follow strict food-safety protocols and use dedicated procedures to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.

Due to health department regulations, all baked good sales are final and returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. If there is an error with your order, please contact us at inostacos1976@gmail.com so we can address the issue. Customer satisfaction remains our priority.
